On November 5, 2024, the people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky elected Court of Appeals Judge Pamela Goodwine to the Kentucky Supreme Court. Judge Goodwine’s election makes her the first Black woman elected to be a justice of Kentucky’s highest court. The Charles W.
